Everyone has rules they have to follow. We may not like some of them, but we have to abide by them in order to have the best time we can. Please, don't spoil it and break these rules, I've spent a lot of time thinking them up and typing them out, I don't want to feel like I've wasted my time.

» NO ONE LINERS It's hard to continue a thread after a post that is only a few words long. If you're having trouble achieving this, think up the main message in the post, then fill it up with descriptions of the character or surroundings, after a bit of practise it should come naturally.

» NO GOD MODDING No-one likes being controlled, so don't do it. If you're unsure what god modding is, it is when a player creates a character than is virtually indestructable or when a player controls a thread to achieve the desired outcome. For example, "Character A strikes Character B and Character B dies." Character B should be given a chance to decide their own fate.

» IMAGES A MAXIMUM OF 600x200 PIXELS otherwise the page will stretch, disrupting the boards images. It can also be incredibly annoying to have to scroll down or across because someone has a huge signature.

» NO CHAT SPEAK This is a roleplay, not MSN or MySpace. Things like "a flower 4 u" will not be tolerated. Also, proper grammar is neccassary, such as capital letters and full stops.

» NOTHING OFFENSIVE I understand that most characters are thirteen and over, but please remember that it is against Proboards ToS to use harsh language, and we don't want to get shut down, do we? Keep the language mild, please.

» RESPECT EVERYONE Do unto to others as you would have them do unto you.

» BE ACTIVE You will be deleted if you fail to be active. This site has died quite a few times and it takes a lot of work to resuscitate it. Everyone would have a much better time if this site was active all the time. A character is for life, not just for Christmas (: (Maybe not for your whole life, but hey, same principal).

» GET ACCEPTED You can't roleplay until you have been accepted, otherwise it just gets confusing. However, the OOC section is open to you.

» NO FIRST PERSON This is a third person roleplay.

» CORRECT YOUR MISTAKES If you make a mistake, there is a nice little modify button in the right hand corner of your post, make the most of it. Put "I solemly swear I am up to no good" in your application in purple if you are registering.

» RELATIONS If you wish to be related to any character, be it canon or not, please ask their permission first, unless the character you are applying for is also canon.

» LEAVE SMILEYS FOR THE OOC SECTION Don't put them in your posts, as I said earlier, descriptions beef out your post.

» OPEN OR CLOSED If a thread is for a certain person, put their name in the title, if it's for anyone, put open in the title.
