When Sethos was appointed Minister for Magic, everyone believed that the poverty and hunger the Wizarding World had been facing for the past two years was finally over. No one was prepared for what came next - the beginning of another dark era, as tragedy, terror and unimaginable catastrophes took place in quick succession. The Minister decreed a law stating all half-bloods and muggle-borns must immediately be killed, as they were a strain on the Britian's Wizarding World's economy. The purebloods were once again given a higher status and power within the society, while the witches and wizards who had no claims of such a noble ancestry were ruthlessly hunted down and killed. It was so that death of Harry Potter was brought about, and any hopes of ever escaping the tyranny of Sethos was extinguished - until Scarlett and William Worthington escaped.
They fled to whereabouts unknown by the Ministry, where, driven out of desire to avenge the death of their parents, they began a secret organization called the Underground. Those sympathetic to their plight and displeased by the work of the Ministry, and those who had been forced to find a sanctuary from the Ministry officials, soon joined them. Assassins were trained, plots and ploys were made. However, the Ministry was extending it's power over the helpless muggles, killing them, stealing from them - Britian has been sunk into a dark era not unlike that of a black hole, and if something is not done about it soon, the whole world might be at the brink of danger. Are the Underground strong enough to resist the Ministry, or will Sethos go on to reign over the whole of the Wizarding World?
